Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges (Air Fryer)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large russet potatoes
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Wash and cut potatoes into wedges.
  2. Soak in cold water for 15–30 minutes; dry thoroughly.
  3. Toss with oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  5. Air fry for 10 minutes.
  6. Flip and cook for 8 more minutes.
  7. Toss hot wedges with parmesan and serve.

Notes

  • Soaking and drying the potatoes helps them crisp.
  • Add parmesan after cooking to avoid burning.
  • Store leftovers in fridge or freezer; reheat in air fryer.
