- Whisk together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic in a bowl.
- Toss salmon cubes with half the sauce until coated.
- Preheat air fryer to 390°F.
- Arrange salmon cubes in a single layer in the basket.
- Air fry for 5–6 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Transfer hot salmon to a bowl and toss with remaining sauce.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve warm.
Notes
- Swap soy sauce for tamari to make it gluten-free.
- Use maple syrup instead of honey for a vegan-friendly glaze (if using a plant-based salmon alternative).
