Sweet Chili Glazed Salmon Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound salmon skin removed, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Method
 

  1. Whisk together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic in a bowl.
  2. Toss salmon cubes with half the sauce until coated.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 390°F.
  4. Arrange salmon cubes in a single layer in the basket.
  5. Air fry for 5–6 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Transfer hot salmon to a bowl and toss with remaining sauce.
  7. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Swap soy sauce for tamari to make it gluten-free.
  • Use maple syrup instead of honey for a vegan-friendly glaze (if using a plant-based salmon alternative).
  • Leftovers? Reheat in the air fryer for 2–3 minutes at 350°F.
