Spinach and Artichoke Cups (Air Fryer)

All the flavor of spinach artichoke dip in a crispy, cheesy air fryer cup. Perfect party food in under 10 minutes!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup chopped spinach thawed & squeezed
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup artichoke hearts chopped
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 12 mini tortilla cups

Equipment

  • Air fryer

Method
 

  1. Mix spinach, cream cheese, artichokes, and mozzarella.
  2. Fill tortilla cups with the mixture.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 360°F.
  4. Air fry for 5–7 minutes until bubbly.

Notes

  • Don’t overfill the cups.
  • Use pre-made or homemade tortilla cups.
  • Add red pepper flakes for heat.
