- Whisk together coconut milk, red curry paste, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, brown sugar, and lime juice.
- Pat salmon dry, brush with oil, and place in air fryer basket.
- Spoon half the glaze over salmon.

- Drizzle remaining glaze over hot salmon and serve.
