- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
- Air fry for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Toss cauliflower in wing sauce.
- Return to air fryer and cook for 5 more minutes.

Notes: Best served fresh. Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes to restore crisp.
