Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions sliced

Method
 

  1. Pat wings dry and toss with cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
  3. Air fry wings for 24–26 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. Meanwhile, whisk sauce ingredients in a saucepan and simmer.
  5. Toss cooked wings in warm sauce, garnish, and serve.

Notes

  • Use tamari for gluten-free.
  • Add sriracha for spicy.
  • Reheat in air fryer for 5 minutes.
