Ingredients
  

  • 4 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken dry and score skin lightly in a crosshatch pattern.
  2. Mix oil and spices; rub all over chicken.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  4. Air fry skin-side down for 10 minutes.
  5. Flip and cook skin-side up for 7-10 minutes until 165°F internal temp.
  6. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
