- Clean and dry mushroom caps thoroughly.
- Mix cream cheese, garlic, herbs, and breadcrumbs in a bowl.
- Fill each mushroom cap with the mixture.
- Preheat air fryer to 370°F (188°C).
- Place mushrooms in basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
- Use gluten-free breadcrumbs for GF version.
- Store leftovers in fridge for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in air fryer at 350°F for 3-4 minutes.
