- Mix miso, maple syrup, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
- Pat salmon dry and place on parchment.
- Brush glaze over fillets evenly.
- Air fry at 375°F for 8–10 minutes.
- Garnish and serve hot.

Notes: Glaze can be made ahead. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat gently to avoid drying out.
