Miso Maple Glazed Salmon

A quick and flavorful salmon recipe featuring a savory-sweet miso maple glaze. Perfectly cooked in the air fryer in under 15 minutes!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 salmon fillets 5–6 oz each
  • 1 tbsp white miso paste
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ½ tsp fresh grated ginger
  • Dash of toasted sesame oil optional

Method
 

  1. Mix miso, maple syrup, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
  2. Pat salmon dry and place on parchment.
  3. Brush glaze over fillets evenly.
  4. Air fry at 375°F for 8–10 minutes.
  5. Garnish and serve hot.

Notes

Notes: Glaze can be made ahead. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat gently to avoid drying out.
