Mini Onion Rings (Air Fryer)

These mini onion rings are tiny, crispy, and totally snackable. Air fried to perfection and ready in just 10 minutes!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large onion sliced into rings
  • 1/2 cup flour or gluten-free alternative
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Salt and paprika to taste

Equipment

  • Air fryer

Method
 

  1. Slice onion and separate into rings.
  2. Set up bowls for flour, eggs, and panko with seasoning.
  3. Dip each ring in flour, egg, and panko.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
  5. Air fry for 5 minutes.
  6. Flip and air fry another 5 minutes until golden.

Notes

  • Use small rings for extra crispy bites.
  • Lightly spray before air frying for best crunch.
  • Store in fridge or freeze unbaked.
