- Lightly grease silicone molds.
- In a bowl, whisk dry ingredients.
- In another bowl, whisk wet ingredients.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Fill molds 3/4 full.
- Air fry at 320°F for 10-12 minutes.
- Cool 5 minutes in molds, then remove.
- Top with powdered sugar or glaze.
Notes
Swap flour for gluten-free blend if needed. Use almond milk and applesauce for a lighter version. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
