Mini Cranberry Hand Pies (Air Fryer)

These mini cranberry hand pies are sweet, tart, and flaky. Made in the air fryer and ready in 15 minutes!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pie crust
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg for brushing

Equipment

  • Air fryer

Method
 

  1. Cut pie crust into 3-inch circles.
  2. Add cranberry sauce to half of the circles.
  3. Fold over, crimp edges.
  4. Brush with egg, sprinkle sugar.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden.

Notes

  • Don’t overfill the pies.
  • Chill assembled pies if not cooking immediately.
  • Optional glaze adds sweetness!
