Mini Chocolate Lavender Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz dark chocolate 60–70%, chopped
  • 1 –2 tsp dried culinary lavender
  • Optional toppings: sea salt chopped nuts, edible glitter

Equipment

  • Silicone molds
  • Air fryer

Method
 

  1. Melt chocolate gently until smooth.
  2. Stir in crushed lavender.
  3. Spoon into silicone molds and tap to release bubbles.
  4. Chill 30 minutes or until firm.
  5. Unmold and store cool.
  6. Optional: Air fry at 320°F for 2 min to serve warm.

Notes

  • Use food-safe lavender only.
  • Store in a cool, dry spot (not fridge).
  • Add sea salt or nuts for variation.
