Method
- Cut parchment paper into two 12x16-inch sheets and fold each in half.
- On one half of each sheet, place a salmon fillet and top with tomatoes, olives, and onion.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Fold parchment over and crimp edges to seal.
- Air fry packets at 370°F for 10–12 minutes.
- Carefully open packets and top with feta before serving.
Notes
Make sure packets are sealed tight and not too full. Adjust cook time slightly for thinner/thicker fillets.
