Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts halved
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Toss halved sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Air fry for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
  4. Toss with maple syrup and bacon.
  5. Air fry 2 more minutes to glaze and crisp.
  6. Serve hot with optional garnish.

Notes

  • Cook bacon ahead of time until crispy.
  • Use turkey bacon or toasted nuts for variation.
