Honey Garlic Salmon

Crispy, flaky, and coated in a sticky honey garlic glaze, this air fryer salmon is a quick and flavorful weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 salmon fillets about 6 oz each
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp cornstarch
  • Pinch red pepper flakes optional
  • Salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk honey, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, red pepper flakes, and cornstarch.
  3. Pat salmon dry, brush lightly with olive oil, and season with salt.
  4. Brush half the glaze over salmon.
  5. Place salmon in air fryer basket, skin-side down.
  6. Air fry for 7-9 minutes, until salmon flakes easily.
  7. Brush with remaining glaze and cook 1-2 more minutes.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use tamari for gluten-free
  • Swap honey for maple syrup or keto-friendly syrup
  • Store leftovers in fridge for 3 days
