- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk honey, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, red pepper flakes, and cornstarch.
- Pat salmon dry, brush lightly with olive oil, and season with salt.
- Brush half the glaze over salmon.
- Place salmon in air fryer basket, skin-side down.
- Air fry for 7-9 minutes, until salmon flakes easily.
- Brush with remaining glaze and cook 1-2 more minutes.
- Serve immediately.
