Honey Garlic Glazed Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, and rice vinegar.
  2. Marinate chicken in mixture for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
  4. Remove chicken (reserve marinade) and arrange in basket.
  5. Air fry for 7 minutes.
  6. Brush with reserved marinade, flip, and brush other side.
  7. Air fry for another 5–7 minutes, until caramelized and internal temp reaches 165°F.
  8. Let rest, then serve.

Notes

Marinate up to 24 hours ahead. Gluten-free option: use tamari. Store leftovers in fridge for up to 4 days or freeze up to 2 months.
