Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes
  • 1 –2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
  • Salt + pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Scrub and slice sweet potatoes into 1/2-inch wedges.
  2. Toss with oil, garlic powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  4. Arrange wedges in a single layer.
  5. Air fry for 16–18 minutes, flipping halfway. Optional: increase to 400°F for last 2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with dip or garnish.

Notes

  • To make low-fat, use less oil or a spray
  • Store leftovers in fridge for up to 4 days
  • Reheat in air fryer for crispiness
