Method
- Scrub and slice sweet potatoes into 1/2-inch wedges.
- Toss with oil, garlic powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Arrange wedges in a single layer.
- Air fry for 16–18 minutes, flipping halfway. Optional: increase to 400°F for last 2 minutes.
- Serve hot with dip or garnish.
Notes
- To make low-fat, use less oil or a spray
- Store leftovers in fridge for up to 4 days
- Reheat in air fryer for crispiness
