Extra-Crispy Air Fryer Buffalo Wings

Crispy, juicy, and tossed in classic buffalo sauce—these air fryer wings are game day perfection.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs chicken wings split
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup buffalo sauce
  • Optional: honey cayenne, celery, blue cheese or ranch

Method
 

  1. Pat wings dry and toss with baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 380°F. Air fry wings for 25-28 minutes, flipping halfway.
  3. Increase to 400°F and cook 5-6 minutes more.
  4. Melt butter and stir in buffalo sauce.
  5. Toss wings in sauce and serve hot.

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge up to 3 days. Reheat in air fryer at 350°F for 5-6 minutes.
