Method
- Pat salmon skin very dry. Rub skin with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Place salmon skin-side down in air fryer. Cook 7-10 minutes.
- While it cooks, mix sauce ingredients in a bowl.
- Serve salmon with dill sauce.
Notes
Patting the skin dry is the secret to crispiness. Store sauce separately.
