Crispy Parmesan Green Beans (Air Fryer)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb fresh green beans trimmed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Trim and dry the green beans.
  2. Toss with olive oil, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
  4. Place green beans in a single layer in the basket.
  5. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway.
  6. Serve hot with extra cheese or lemon zest, if desired.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, avoid overcrowding.
  • To make vegan, sub Parmesan with nutritional yeast.
  • Store leftovers for up to 3 days in the fridge.
