Crispy Parmesan Crusted Chicken Tenders

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breasts cut into strips
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour seasoned with salt & pepper
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Olive oil spray

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400 °F (204 °C).
  2. Set up three bowls: flour, eggs, panko‑Parmesan mixture.
  3. Dredge strips: flour → egg → breadcrumb mix, pressing to coat.
  4. Place in basket single-layer, spray with olive oil.
  5. Air fry 7–9 minutes, flipping halfway and respraying until golden and 165 °F internally.
  6. Let rest 1 minute and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in fridge up to 3 days; reheat at 350 °F for 3–4 min.
  • Make gluten-free by using GF flour and breadcrumbs.
  • Spice it up with cayenne or smoked paprika.
