Crispy Green Bean Fries (Air Fryer)

These crispy green bean fries are a healthy, crave-worthy snack or side made in the air fryer. Super crunchy and ready in just 15 minutes!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb green beans trimmed
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs or panko
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Air fryer

Method
 

  1. Rinse and trim the green beans.
  2. Set up a breading station with egg in one bowl and breadcrumb mix in another.
  3. Dip beans in egg, then coat in breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 390°F.
  5. Air fry in a single layer for 4-5 minutes.
  6. Shake and cook another 4-5 minutes until golden.

Notes

  • Pat green beans dry before breading.
  • Don’t overcrowd the basket.
  • Serve with ranch, aioli, or sriracha mayo.
  • Store leftovers in fridge; reheat in air fryer.
