Method
- Rinse and trim the green beans.
- Set up a breading station with egg in one bowl and breadcrumb mix in another.
- Dip beans in egg, then coat in breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture.
- Preheat air fryer to 390°F.
- Air fry in a single layer for 4-5 minutes.
- Shake and cook another 4-5 minutes until golden.
Notes
- Pat green beans dry before breading.
- Don’t overcrowd the basket.
- Serve with ranch, aioli, or sriracha mayo.
- Store leftovers in fridge; reheat in air fryer.
