Method
- Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
- Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and maple syrup.
- Place in air fryer cut-side down in a single layer.
- Air fry at 380°F for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Top with balsamic glaze and pine nuts if using.
Notes
Sub honey for maple syrup. Add cheese or chili flakes after cooking. Cook in batches for best crispiness.
