Classic Lemon Herb Air Fryer Salmon

This easy air fryer salmon is bursting with lemony herb flavor and comes out tender and flaky with a perfectly crisp edge. Ready in under 15 minutes!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 salmon fillets 6 oz each
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon half sliced, half juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Equipment

  • Air fryer

Method
 

  1. Pat salmon dry with paper towels.
  2. Brush fillets with olive oil.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, garlic, dill, and thyme.
  4. Top with lemon slices.
  5. Place on parchment in air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry at 380°F for 7-9 minutes.
  7. Remove at 135°F internal temp; rest to 140°F.

Notes

Use garlic powder if needed; swap herbs as desired. Store leftovers in fridge up to 2 days.
