Method
- Mix Cajun seasoning, brown sugar, and garlic powder.
- Pat salmon dry and brush the flesh side with olive oil.
- Press spice mix onto the salmon.
- Air fry at 400°F for 7–8 minutes.
- Serve with lemon and avocado cream.
Notes
Use skin-on salmon for better structure. For crispier edges, air fry slightly longer. Sauce can be made ahead and chilled.
