Bell Pepper Chips

These air fryer bell pepper chips are a sweet and crispy snack you can dip, toss on salads, or enjoy straight from the basket!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 red or yellow bell peppers
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of sugar optional

Method
 

  1. Wash and cut peppers into 1-inch pieces; remove seeds and membranes.
  2. Toss with olive oil, salt, and optional sugar.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  4. Air fry at 380°F for 8 minutes, shaking halfway.
  5. Lower temp to 300°F (149°C) and cook another 5 minutes.
  6. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Use red or yellow peppers for best results.
  • Store in airtight container for up to 2 days.
  • Re-crisp in air fryer at 300°F for 2-3 minutes if needed.
