Bagel Salmon Breakfast Sandwich

A crispy, savory salmon fillet coated in everything bagel seasoning, served hot on a toasted bagel with cream cheese and fresh toppings. Brunch never looked better.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 salmon fillets about 5 oz each
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
  • 2 bagels sliced and toasted
  • Sliced tomato
  • Sliced red onion
  • Handful of arugula
  • Capers optional

Equipment

  • Air fryer

Method
 

  1. Pat salmon fillets dry.
  2. Spread 1 tablespoon cream cheese on each fillet.
  3. Coat each fillet with 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning.
  4. Air fry at 380°F for 8 minutes.
  5. Toast bagels while salmon cooks.
  6. Assemble sandwiches with arugula, tomato, onion, salmon, and capers.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, use olive oil instead of cream cheese.
  • To make gluten-free, use GF bagels.
  • Store leftover salmon separately; reheat in air fryer for 3 minutes.
