Air Fryer Witch Finger Chicken Tenders

These spooky Witch Finger Chicken Tenders are the perfect crispy, creepy Halloween snack or dinner — made quick in the air fryer!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken tenders or breasts
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 –16 whole almonds for fingernails
  • Cooking spray or oil

Method
 

  1. Slice chicken into finger-shaped strips. Season lightly.
  2. Set up 3 bowls: flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs with spices.
  3. Dredge chicken in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
  4. Press an almond onto the tip of each to make a nail.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  6. Spray basket and tenders with oil.
  7. Air fry 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
  8. Serve with marinara or your favorite dip.

Notes

  • Gluten-free? Use GF flour and breadcrumbs.
  • Make ahead: Bread tenders 1 day ahead.
  • Storage: Fridge 3 days; reheat in air fryer.
