Air Fryer White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies

These white chocolate cranberry cookies are sweet, tart, and chewy with golden edges — all baked to perfection in the air fryer!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Method
 

  1. Cream butter and sugars. Mix in egg and vanilla.
  2. Combine dry ingredients, then add to wet.
  3. Fold in chips and cranberries. Chill dough.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 325°F (160°C). Line basket with parchment.
  5. Scoop and slightly flatten dough balls.
  6. Air fry 6–7 minutes. Cool before serving.

Notes

Chill dough for best shape. Store in airtight container. Add orange zest for a holiday twist.
