Method
- Wash, core, and slice apples into thin wedge “fang” shapes.
- Soak in lemon water for 3–5 minutes, drain, and pat dry.
- Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C) for 3 minutes.
- Arrange slices in a single layer in the basket, spray lightly with oil and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar if desired.
- Air fry at 300°F for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway, until crisp.
- Cool and enjoy!
Notes
Store in airtight container up to 2 days. Skip cinnamon-sugar for no added sugar.
