Air Fryer Stuffing Muffins

These air fryer stuffing muffins are crispy on the outside, soft inside, and packed with holiday flavor. Perfect for easy serving!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups cubed bread
  • 1 cup broth chicken or veggie
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion sautéed
  • 1 tbsp fresh herbs parsley, thyme, sage
  • 1 egg beaten

Method
 

  1. Sauté onion until soft.
  2. Mix bread, onion, herbs, broth, and egg in a bowl.
  3. Pack into greased muffin cups.
  4. Air fry at 350°F for 12–14 minutes until crisp on top.
  5. Let cool slightly and serve.

  • Use toasted or day-old bread for best texture.
  • Add-ins like cranberries or sausage work great.
