Air Fryer Stuffed Mushrooms

These air fryer stuffed mushrooms are a quick, classy appetizer packed with garlic, herbs, cheese, and crispy breadcrumbs.

Ingredients
  

  • 18 small white or cremini mushrooms stems removed
  • 1/3 cup breadcrumbs regular or gluten-free
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or herbs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Method
 

  1. Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Finely chop stems if using.
  2. Mix breadcrumbs, cheese, garlic, herbs, olive oil, salt, and optional stems in a bowl.
  3. Stuff each mushroom cap with filling, pressing slightly.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Spray basket with oil.
  5. Place mushrooms in a single layer. Air fry 8–10 minutes until golden.
  6. Cool slightly and serve warm

Notes

Make ahead up to 1 day before cooking. Store leftovers in the fridge for 3 days and reheat in the air fryer. Use gluten-free breadcrumbs as needed.
