Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter plus more for brushing
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar mixed with 1 teaspoon cinnamon for coating

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another. Combine gently into a dough.
  3. Roll dough into 1-tablespoon balls.
  4. Arrange in basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry at 350°F for 7–9 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Brush with melted butter and roll in cinnamon sugar. Enjoy!

Notes

Use pure pumpkin puree, not pie filling. Work in batches to avoid overcrowding. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
