Air Fryer Peppermint Bark Cookies

These peppermint bark cookies are rich, chewy, and topped with white chocolate and crushed candy canes — all made quick in the air fryer!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips melted
  • 3 tbsp crushed candy canes

Method
 

  1. Cream butter and sugars. Mix in egg and extracts.
  2. Whisk dry ingredients, then combine with wet.
  3. Scoop dough into balls and chill for 20 minutes.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 325°F (160°C). Line basket with parchment.
  5. Air fry for 5–6 minutes. Cool briefly.
  6. Drizzle with white chocolate, sprinkle candy canes.

Notes

Chill dough before baking. Store in airtight container. Use GF flour or plant-based swaps as needed.
