- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix pecans, brown sugar, butter, syrup, vanilla, and salt.
- Roll out pie crust and cut into circles (~4 in).
- Add 1 tbsp filling, fold, and crimp edges.
- Brush with egg wash.
- Air fry for 8–10 mins.
- Cool slightly; dust with powdered sugar if desired.
Notes
Don’t overfill. Use parchment or oil spray for easy release. Store in airtight container or freeze prepped pies.
