Air Fryer Mini Quiches in Muffin Cups

These air fryer mini quiches are light, fluffy, and packed with flavor. A perfect make-ahead appetizer or brunch bite.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk or cream
  • 1/3 cup shredded cheese cheddar, Swiss, etc.
  • 1/3 cup chopped add-ins ham, spinach, peppers, etc.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Silicone or foil mini muffin cups
  • Cooking spray

Equipment

  • Air fryer

Method
 

  1. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Stir in cheese and add-ins.
  2. Lightly grease or line muffin cups. Fill 2/3 full.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 340°F.
  4. Arrange muffin cups in basket. Air fry for 10–12 minutes until set.
  5. Cool slightly and remove from cups. Serve warm or chilled.

Notes

Don’t overfill cups. Use sautéed veggies to avoid moisture. Store in fridge or freeze after cooling. Great for meal prep!
