- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Stir in cheese and add-ins.
- Lightly grease or line muffin cups. Fill 2/3 full.
- Preheat air fryer to 340°F.
- Arrange muffin cups in basket. Air fry for 10–12 minutes until set.
- Cool slightly and remove from cups. Serve warm or chilled.
Notes
Don’t overfill cups. Use sautéed veggies to avoid moisture. Store in fridge or freeze after cooling. Great for meal prep!
