Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound lean ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Pinch of pepper
  • Mini slider buns 8–10
  • Optional toppings: cheese lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, ranch

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  2. Shape into 8–10 mini patties about 2–2.5 inches wide.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Spray basket lightly with oil, arrange patties in a single layer.
  5. Air fry at 375°F for 9–11 minutes, flipping halfway, until patties reach 165°F.
  6. Assemble sliders with buns and toppings. Serve warm or cool for lunchboxes.

Notes

Store cooked patties in the fridge up to 3 days or freeze uncooked up to 2 months. Gluten-free? Use GF breadcrumbs and buns.
