Air Fryer Mini Cheesecakes

Creamy, tangy, and individually portioned — these air fryer mini cheesecakes are the perfect make-ahead dessert.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 mini graham cracker crusts

  • Air fryer

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla. Mix until creamy.
  4. Spoon into mini crusts.
  5. Air fry 10–12 minutes until just set.
  6. Cool 15 minutes, then chill at least 1 hour.
  7. Add toppings and serve.

Notes

Don’t overmix. Chill before serving. Add fruit or swirl for seasonal flair.
