Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs chicken wings split
  • 1 tbsp aluminum-free baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1.5 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • Optional: fresh lemon juice for finishing

Method
 

  1. Pat wings dry with paper towels.
  2. Toss with baking powder and salt.
  3. Add olive oil and lemon pepper seasoning. Toss to coat.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
  5. Place wings in a single layer in the basket.
  6. Air fry for 24-26 minutes, flipping halfway.
  7. For extra crisp, cook 2-3 minutes at 400°F.
  8. Finish with lemon juice and serve hot.

  • Reheat at 360°F for 5-6 minutes.
