Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

Method
 

  1. Cream butter and sugars. Add egg and vanilla.
  2. Mix dry ingredients and combine with wet.
  3. Scoop dough balls and chill 20 minutes.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 325°F. Line basket with parchment.
  5. Air fry 6–7 minutes. Press in marshmallows.
  6. Air fry 1 more minute. Cool and decorate if desired.

Notes

Chill dough before baking. Add marshmallows at the end for best texture. Store in airtight container.
