Method
- Cream butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add molasses and egg, mix well.
- Whisk flour, baking soda, spices, and salt. Gradually mix into wet.
- Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thick. Cut into gingerbread men.
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C). Line basket with parchment.
- Air fry cookies in batches for 4–5 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before decorating.
Notes
Store in an airtight container up to 5 days. Use gluten-free flour for a GF version. Add extra ginger or pepper for spicier cookies.
