Air Fryer Garlic Cauliflower

Ingredients
  

  • 1 small head cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Air fryer

Method
 

  1. Cut cauliflower into even florets and pat dry.
  2. Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 390°F.
  4. Air fry for 14–16 minutes, shaking halfway.
  5. Serve warm, optionally topped with Parmesan or herbs.

Notes

  • Dry florets = better crisp.
  • Don’t overcrowd.
  • Add spice or cheese for variety.
