Air Fryer Garlic Butter Roasted Potatoes

Crispy, buttery, garlicky, and done in under 20 minutes — these air fryer roasted potatoes are the ultimate side dish.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 lbs baby potatoes halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Equipment

  • Air fryer

Method
 

  1. Toss halved potatoes with oil, butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  3. Air fry 16–18 minutes, shaking halfway.
  4. Sprinkle with parsley (and Parmesan if using) and serve.

Notes

  • Dry potatoes before seasoning.
  • Don’t overcrowd basket.
  • Optional: Add Parmesan or smoked paprika.
