Method
- Preheat air fryer to 300°F for 3–5 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Spray silicone muffin cups and place in air fryer basket.
- Add any mix-ins to each cup.
- Pour egg mixture into cups, filling 3/4 full.
- Air fry at 300°F for 12–14 minutes until set.
- Cool slightly, remove from molds, and enjoy.

- Use heavy cream for keto.

- Store in fridge up to 4 days or freeze for 1 month.
