Air Fryer Corn Ribs

Smoky, juicy, and fun to eat — these air fryer corn ribs are an easy veggie side or appetizer with bold flavor and great crunch.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ears of corn quartered lengthwise
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: lime juice Parmesan

Method
 

  1. Cut corn into ribs. Microwave for 30 seconds first if needed.
  2. Rub with oil and seasonings.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
  4. Air fry 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Finish with lime juice or Parmesan.

Notes

  • Cut carefully using a sharp knife.
  • Don’t skip flipping for even cooking.
  • Serve with dip or sprinkle with herbs.
