- Boil water and butter in saucepan.
- Add flour and stir until dough forms.
- Let cool, then mix in egg.
- Transfer dough to piping bag with star tip.
- Pipe 4–6 inch strips.
- Air fry at 375°F for 8–10 min.
- Roll warm churros in cinnamon sugar.
- Serve with dipping sauce.
