Air Fryer Chocolate-Dipped Shortbread Christmas Trees

These buttery shortbread Christmas trees are air-fried to golden perfection, then dipped in chocolate and topped with sprinkles!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips for dipping
  • 2 tbsp holiday sprinkles

Method
 

  1. Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add vanilla and salt.
  2. Gradually mix in flour until dough forms.
  3. Roll out dough, cut tree shapes, and chill for 15 minutes.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C). Line basket with parchment.
  5. Air fry 7–9 minutes until edges are golden. Cool completely.
  6. Dip in melted chocolate and decorate with sprinkles.

Notes

Chill dough for best shape. Store in airtight container. Use white or dark chocolate for variety.
