Air Fryer Brie & Fig Jam Tartlets

Elegant, bite-sized tartlets with brie, fig jam, and walnuts — air-fried to golden perfection in under 10 minutes!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet puff pastry slightly thawed (or 12 mini tartlet shells)
  • 3 oz brie cheese cut into 12 cubes
  • 2 –3 tbsp fig jam
  • 12 walnut halves
  • Optional: rosemary sprigs or black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut puff pastry into 12 small squares and place into silicone muffin cups or use tartlet shells.
  3. Add a cube of brie to each.
  4. Spoon about 1/2 tsp fig jam on top.
  5. Add a walnut half.
  6. Air fry for 5–6 minutes or until pastry is golden and cheese is melted.
  7. Let cool for 2–3 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Prep ahead and refrigerate unbaked.
  • Store leftovers in fridge for 3 days; reheat in air fryer.
  • Swap fig jam for raspberry; skip nuts if allergic.
