Method
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut puff pastry into 12 small squares and place into silicone muffin cups or use tartlet shells.
- Add a cube of brie to each.
- Spoon about 1/2 tsp fig jam on top.
- Add a walnut half.
- Air fry for 5–6 minutes or until pastry is golden and cheese is melted.
- Let cool for 2–3 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Prep ahead and refrigerate unbaked.
- Store leftovers in fridge for 3 days; reheat in air fryer.
- Swap fig jam for raspberry; skip nuts if allergic.
