Air Fryer Brie Bites with Cranberry Sauce

Creamy brie wrapped in flaky puff pastry with a sweet-tart cranberry pop — the perfect air fryer holiday appetizer!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 4 oz brie cheese cut into cubes
  • 3 tbsp cranberry sauce
  • 1 egg beaten
  • Optional: Chopped pecans

Method
 

  1. Roll out puff pastry and cut into 12 squares.
  2. Place a cube of brie in the center of each square.
  3. Add a small spoonful of cranberry sauce on top.
  4. Fold corners to enclose and seal edges.
  5. Brush with beaten egg.
  6. Air fry at 350°F for 7–9 minutes until golden.

Notes

  • Keep puff pastry cold for easier handling.
  • Add pecans for crunch.
  • Make ahead and refrigerate unbaked for up to 1 day.
